I received an interview appt. with a company that was a perfect match for me, within 2 days of The Panther Group recruiter intitially making contact with me. I was hired on the spot after only a few questions I was asked in the interview. I attribute this quick interview process and hiring decision made in large part from The Panther Group recruiter submitting a winning resume she had put together for me that was specific for the position with the company just prior to my interview.
