We took the ferry from liberty state park in New Jersey which was convenient. They tell you that there is a schedule of when boats leave each island. Basically the boats Are supposed to come every 20 mins. Boy was that inaccurate. What they didn't want to tell you is that they will leave whenever boat gets filled. We waited over 1hr on Ellis island before we headed back to the state park original pickup site. If you question the crew they just say it's outta there hands and to call the company number on the ticket. Well no number on the ticket. Was so frustrated with them. I would never recommend them ever. Just terrible customer service.
