I've been a customer of this student accommodation provider for a couple of years, and I must say that my experience has been average. The website is easy to use and provides all the necessary information, but there is nothing exceptional about their services. The rates are reasonable, and the staff is usually responsive. However, there have been some issues with maintenance and communication in the past. It would be great if they could improve in these areas.
