I've had an average experience with Software Design s.p.a. a sita company. The website softwaredesign.aero is easy to navigate and find information on, but I didn't find their software to be very user-friendly. The support team I contacted was helpful, but it took a bit longer than I expected to get a resolution. Overall, I think they have room for improvement.
