I have been a customer of Sense or nosense for several years now and I must say that overall, my experience with them has been average. The website is easy to navigate and the products are of decent quality. However, there have been a few instances where I encountered issues with their customer service. The response time was quite slow and it took a while for my problem to be resolved. I hope they improve in that aspect.
