Loancare was not responsive to our inquiries. When we finally got through to a person, they told us the best way to get a document to them was through their website. However, it apparently takes up to 10 business days for the document to make its way through their system to a person and if you call during that window they will tell you there is nothing they can do without the document that you uploaded to a website several days prior. Then, when you fax it directly to them and ask for confirmation it was received, they do not have the courtesy to respond.
