My family had a wonderful experience here when we purchase our Civic. The overall environment was very warm and welcoming.

We had the pleasure of working with Peter Drakes as our salesman. Peter was very kind, professional, and made us feel like he actually cared about what we wanted/needed (unlike every other experience we've had when shopping/purchasing a car). Peter was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. We did not feel the pressure that is usually typical during the car buying process; it was very refreshing. Investing in a new vehicle can be stressful and may not be considered "fun", but in this situation, our family really did have a great time. I didn't have the icky feeling that usually follows when leaving the lot.

When it came time to meet with financing, we were greeted by Efren Payan. Efren was extremely courteous, professional and kind. He answered all of our questions and guided us through everything. This process was also fun, and went by very quickly and smoothly.

I also want to mention that we had our 4 year old son with us. Peter and Efren were both very accommodating. Our son even had a great time!

We purchased the car over Labor Day weekend, so as you can imagine, things were pretty busy. Throughout the chaos, we were very well taken care of. Not once did we feel rushed, nor were we ignored.

I have never in my life met such professional staff at a dealership. I hope this location maintains their amazing staff and procedures, because when it's time for us to purchase a new vehicle, I don't want to ever go anywhere else. I will be telling everyone about our amazing experience.
