Wonderful experience - When my new TV stopped working, I mentally prepared myself for a fight to get it replaced. I was amazed with their approach - keeping me informed of the progress of my issue, communicating clearly what the next steps would be and what I could expect next. What I thought was going to be a pain in the *** turned out to be a great experience.
