I have been using Trials.ai for the past few month...

I have been using Trials.ai for the past few months and I must say, it's been an average experience. The platform is easy to navigate and the customer support team is quite helpful. However, there have been some technical glitches that have caused delays in our trials. Overall, Trials.ai has good potential but needs improvement.
