Yesterday I closed on a house in Severna Park. It was my first home purchase and HomeTown Realty couldn't have been better. I bought a foreclosure, which can be a bit of a headache, but Chris and Collette really made it all very smooth. They were always available to answer my questions and they kept rolling with all the foreclosure "punches." I never felt pressured, and they helped me come up with a good offer and we beat out 14 other offers on the house.
