I have been banking with Coastal local area bank ltd for several years now and I must say their service is average. While their website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, I find their customer service to be lacking. There have been multiple occasions where I've had to wait on hold for a long time before speaking to a representative. Overall, their banking services are decent, but there's definitely room for improvement.
