I rented a car from an online car rental company and had a terrible experience. The website was confusing and it took forever to find the information I needed. The customer service was unhelpful and rude. The car I rented was dirty and had mechanical issues. I was very disappointed with the whole experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
