I have mixed feelings about Dyad. While their website is visually appealing and easy to navigate, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took a long time to get a response to my inquiries, and when I finally did, it wasn't very helpful. On the other hand, the products I ordered were of good quality and arrived on time. Overall, I think Dyad has room for improvement in terms of customer service.
