I have been a customer of Kaas Designz for a while...

I have been a customer of Kaas Designz for a while now and I must say, their services are average at best. Although they provide good quality products, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. There have been several instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get a response. Not to mention the delayed delivery times. Overall, I would rate them as average.
