The experience with Ams distribution b.v. was overall average. The service provided by the company was satisfactory, but there is definitely room for improvement. The website internationalsim.nl was easy to navigate and the ordering process was smooth. However, the delivery took longer than expected and the customer support was not as responsive as I would have liked. I hope they can work on these areas to provide a better experience in the future.
