I had a rather mixed experience with Rebate Tracking Group, LLC. While their website was user-friendly and the process of submitting rebates was relatively straightforward, I encountered some delays in receiving my rebates. However, their customer service team was responsive and worked hard to resolve the issue. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
