Our stay was ok. The chap who booked us in was very friendly but as he was only a trainee didnt know the system and kept saying that the lead person on this booking was "Jackie". We didnt know who she was and they had left off our third person. Anyway we did get finally booked in, though I had to leave my credit card details for any other expenses. We also were signed up to the "green deal" so we would get back 10 bucks a day refund off the bill but would Not get daily room service. Room was nice big and wheelchair accessible via a small but usable lift but there was no wheel-in shower. We were shown a room that they said did have one but the shower was only just big enough to get a wheelchair in. No space for a carer to help with washing so we stayed in the original room as the shower did have a lip but could accommodate 2 people. The facilities were ok but there wasn't enough big pots and pans to make a meal for more than a couple of people. They only have one blue badge space for each block so more than 50% of the time it was used when we came home. They do need more Blue Badge spaces for wheelchair users. Its location is good if you want Seaworld and Disney but the town center and Universal is a bit of a drive. The balcony of the flat had mosquito netting covering it but we didn't see any of those pesky insects. The waterfall on the pond was nice but rather noisy so that you couldn't be out there and make a phone call. It was turned off at night and back on again around breakfast time. While most of the staff we met were friendly enough the room service ladies didn't speak much English or at least didnt understand us. So when they kept turning up to change the room and we tried to say that we didnt need it and were on the Green Deal they didnt understand and if we left the room they would come in a clean it while we were out. We never got the 10 bucks a day refunded anyway. There is a very small shop on the site but it is Very expensive - 2 bucks for a banana! Makes the prices in Publix look like Walmart! But is OK if you just need milk or a very small shop. Do Not bother with going for their Time share information expedience, even if they will give you 100 bucks to go on it. Its friendly but high pressure selling and REMEMBER that you can get the same package on the secondhand market of 1/4 of the price. It is no appreciating asset, like they try and sell you! Biggest problem was that they took over 800 Dollars off my card (probably because of the original mess up when we were booking in about if there was 3 or 4 people in our flat) and then didn't give me a proper bill at the end of the stay (more incompetent reception staff) so only knew about the money after we got home to the UK. It's has taken over 2 months so far to resolve this problem. So yes it a nice place to stay but make sure you are properly checked in, dont go for the no-existent Green Deal and get a proper receipt at the end of your stay and double check it before you leave.
