I have been using the train service provided by c2c-online.co.uk for the past few months, and I must say that I am impressed. The trains are always on time, and the staff is friendly and professional. The only suggestion I would make is to improve the cleanliness of the trains, as I have noticed some littering on a few occasions. Apart from that, I have no complaints. Keep up the good work, C2c rail!
