Being a loyal customer of a particular music company for many years, I decided to give Universal Music Co, INC a try. I must say, I am impressed with their wide music selection and easy-to-use website. The prices are fair, and the quality of the music is top-notch. However, their customer service could be improved. Overall, I would rate Universal Music Co, INC as great.
