I had a mixed experience at the Amara Cay Resort. While the location and amenities were great, the customer service left something to be desired. It took a while to get assistance, and the staff seemed overwhelmed. However, once we finally got someone's attention, they were helpful and friendly. Overall, it was a decent stay, but I expected better service.
