Sent a reminder of a hefty bill from a person I don't know at all by text message. When I ask for clarification they don't answer. After one of their very blunt telephone contact you will be forwarded all the time and they do not want to give any information.

Ultimately it turns out that they have made a painful blunder, but apologies can not get rid of it.
