Went to a book signing at The Ace Hotel. Enjoyed the event immensely. The hotel lobby is a hip hang out spot. It was extremely busy on the night I was there -- a Friday night in May. I would probably not hang out there, though. Not really my sort of hang out place -- for that very reason.
