Was initially invited to the Westgate Las Vegas for a time share presentation. Very horrible experience and rude customer service at the hotel. Initially we were approached by an agent on the Las Vegas strip for a time share presentation. When we got to the presentation we were told one person in our group did not meet the age requirement of 28, when they had told us the minimum was 26. Our ID was checked a few times before we arrived to the hotel and every time there was no problems checking us in for the tour. It is all a gimmick for these agents to send as many people to the presentation to earn credits. After wasting a few hours of our time we were turned away with no compensation. The staff was rude and basically said they don't have time for us. Sales tactics are equivalent to a seedy used car lot. The hotel itself is a bit run down and in need of a major renovation. Will never do business with Westgate. Stay far away!
