I have mixed feelings about Wireless innovation pty ltd. While their products are of good quality, their customer service needs improvement. I faced some difficulties during the purchasing process, and it took a while to get a satisfactory response. However, once the issue was resolved, I was happy with the product. There is room for improvement in terms of communication and response time.
