The Santa Cruz Zen Center provided a wonderful environment for self-reflection and growth. The guided meditation sessions were enlightening and the teachings resonated with me deeply. The staff were friendly and always available to provide support. The only minor downside was the limited availability of private rooms, but the overall experience was still fantastic. I left feeling more centered and with a renewed sense of purpose.
