I had a mixed experience using IR Systems. The overall service was average. Although the website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, the customer support was not very helpful. They were slow in responding to my queries and didn't provide satisfactory solutions. On the positive side, the products offered by IR Systems were of good quality. However, I expected better customer service considering the reputation of the company. In conclusion, my experience with IR Systems was just average.
