This was one of the more interesting facilities that I have visited. In a sense it reminds me of the stories I used to hear about of factories during World War II. All of the shipping Department as far as I could tell was women.(Hopefully the men weren't all off to war.)In all of the facilities that I have visited over many years I have never seen an exclusively female shipping department. The women were in every way equal to and in some way superior to the old male or mixed facilities that I have gone to. One of the nice things was the forklift operator asking me after I was loaded if I would like to use the facilities before getting on the road. That was a very nice touch on her part. In general I found the facility to be efficient pleasant and clean.
