CUSTOMER I have been using Mysearch Global Rewards for a while now and I must say, their service is average. The website is easy to navigate and the rewards program is decent. However, I have encountered some issues with customer support. It takes them a while to respond to queries and the solutions provided are not always satisfactory. Overall, I would rate their service as average.
