I had an average experience with Crown Travel Group. The booking process was smooth, but the customer service could have been better. The website was easy to navigate and had all the information I needed. However, when I called to inquire about a specific tour, the representative was not very helpful and seemed uninterested. Overall, it was an okay experience.
