I have been a customer of Independent, INC for several years now, and I can confidently say that their service is average. While they do deliver on their promises, there have been instances where I faced delays in receiving my orders. The quality of their products is decent, but they could definitely improve on their customer support. Overall, not a bad experience, but there is definitely room for improvement.
