I have been a customer of Virtualjuice for the past year and I must say, their service has been average at best. While they do provide the basic features that I need for my website, I have encountered several issues that took quite some time to resolve. The customer support team was slow in responding and the solutions provided were not always helpful. Overall, I would say that Virtualjuice is an average company that needs improvement.
