I recently purchased some underwear from this company and overall, I had an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and placing my order was a breeze. However, the delivery took longer than expected, which was a bit disappointing. When I received the package, the packaging itself was nice and the underwear seemed to be of decent quality. However, upon wearing them, I found them to be just average in terms of comfort and fit. The material was not as soft as I had hoped and the sizing was a bit off for me. While I appreciate the effort in providing sustainable and eco-friendly products, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of product quality and customer service. Overall, an average experience.
