I recently used the transport service provided by this company and I have to say it was quite average. The website "transportlaurentides.ca" was user-friendly and provided all the necessary information I needed to book my trip. However, I was disappointed with the level of customer service I received. The staff seemed to lack professionalism and were not very attentive to my needs. The vehicles used for transportation were also not the most comfortable and appeared to be quite outdated. Additionally, the punctuality of the service was not up to par as I experienced delays on multiple occasions. Overall, I would rate my experience with this company as average. While they offer an essential service, there are definitely areas that could be improved to enhance the customer experience.
