I have been using Claroty for a while now and I must say it has been an average experience. The platform provides some useful features but there is definitely room for improvement. The user interface is not the most intuitive and can be confusing at times. However, the customer support team is responsive and helpful, which is a plus. Overall, Claroty is a decent company but I believe they could do better.
