Just had the worse experience ever.

Just had the worse experience ever.
We took our highlander for a regular maintenance chexk up. My mom decide she wanted to take advantage of the emails offer that we received since we were already at the car dealer. I presented the email to a nice gentleman in which it happened to be the advertizing manager that actually send us the email. I told him that we wanted to take advantage of the amazing deal. Getting a new car as they stated on the email and gettimg the same low mo thly payment. He left us in the hands of this new sales person name John in which he was outstanding and very understanding , he listen to what we wanted and went to work right away. There should be more sales person like at this dealer.
However when the sales manager i guess thats who he was. He never once paid attention on what we were sayimg. I told him the experience that we had there before, in which the dealer sold my mom a car that was not yey been inspected by rhe dealer and they sold it to my mom. That vehicle had no breaks and my mom almkst had a terrible car accident, that manager did not listen to one word we said. There after he try to sale us a 2010 or 2011 vehicle with 149.000 miles , our vehicle is 2002 with 179.000 or miles that was an insult. Then he proceeded on sending another sales person that spoke spanish, the new sales person said that his manager said that maybe if spoke spanish it would be better for us to undrstand. I told the new sales person that my first Language was English, thats was the second insult. After that my mom decided to just leave. THA WAS THEAST TIME THAT OUR VEHICLE GETS SERVICE THERE. even if we have to travel further. WE ARE GOING ELSE WHERE.
