I recently used a courier service from kgmexpress.com and found it to be an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and place an order, which was a plus. However, the overall delivery time was not as fast as I had expected and the tracking updates were not frequent enough. The customer service was somewhat helpful, but it took a while to get a response to my inquiries. The packaging of my items was adequate, but not exceptional. The pricing was reasonable, but not the most competitive in the market. Overall, my experience with this company was average. They fulfilled their basic function of delivering my package, but there were some areas where improvements could be made, such as speed and communication.
