I recently purchased a few items from The Kooples and while I found the quality to be good, I wasn't overly impressed with the designs. They were a bit too plain for my taste. However, the customer service was excellent and the delivery was prompt. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I don't think I'll be a regular shopper.
