I recently used the services of this IT company for a project, and I found their customer service to be excellent in terms of responsiveness and willingness to help. However, the overall delivery of the project was not up to the mark. The timeline was not met, and there were some technical issues that needed resolving. 😕👎 If they could improve their project management and technical capabilities, it would greatly enhance the customer experience. I appreciate their effort and dedication, but there is definitely room for improvement.
