I recently hired a construction company to remodel my home, and I came across the website. The webpage was informative, and it was easy to navigate. However, I found that the customer service was a bit lacking. It took a while for them to respond to my inquiries, and I had to follow up multiple times. On a positive note, the actual construction work was completed within the estimated timeline and the quality was decent. I think if they improve their communication and responsiveness, they could provide a much better experience for their customers. Overall, I'd rate this company as average. I hope they take this feedback constructively and work on enhancing their customer service. 🏗️
