I've had a few interactions with Ultra electronics...

I've had a few interactions with Ultra electronics and overall, my experience has been fairly average. While their products are of decent quality, I find their customer service to be lacking. It takes a long time to get a response to any inquiries and the representatives don't always seem knowledgeable. However, once you do get a hold of someone, they are usually able to resolve any issues. I think Ultra electronics has the potential to improve their services and become a great company in the future.
