I've been threatened by another aide that works for this company. She attempted to hit me with a hoyer lift. The have the proof from the recorded phone call. They have proof from the witness and yet this aide still has her job. Whenever your safety has to be a concern, it's no longer worth working for that company. With all the proof they have, they still wanted more details from me of what happened, I've already gone into details. Seems to me that my safety is not a concern to them because she is still here. So no I wouldn't suggest this company any more!
