Although they respond to queries promptly, I feel that their solutions could be more innovative and customized. However, I appreciate their effort in addressing any concerns or issues that may arise. The staff at Summit Technology Group, LLC are helpful and friendly. Overall, it has been a satisfactory experience, but I believe there is room for improvement.
