Ok im a northerner so im used to quality fish and chips, but this shop should be avoided at all costs

Dry chips, expensive but poor quality fish, and the customer service is appalling.

I do not expect to pay through the nose to be abused and talked down to by snotty teenage staff

I went in there recently and asked for chips and a battered sausage. Very clearly.

Zoe (a very unhappy and sulky sales assistant) proceeded to charge me for a fish as well (extortionately priced fish at that!) and when I politely told her that I did not ask for fish she replied 'im pretty sure that you did'

I was gobsmacked but politely ignored her rudeness. She then realised she doesnt know how to use the till so went to her colleague out back and i overheard her insulting me and calling me an expletive.

They both came through to the front of the shop, where the early twenties spotty male had a go at her for messing up the till, cast a rude look in my direction and then stormed off back to the rear of the shop

Zoe was rude throughout and is the reason I will not shop at this store again. Poor quality food is one thing, but charged extortionately and with the rudest service imaginable? Thats simply too much to bear.
