I purchased a wedding dress from Marie Gabriel and spent close to $4000 on it. When it arrived in the mail, the dress did not appear like the dress I tried on in the store. The material felt cheap, it already had a button that had fallen off, and the sheer fabric made my skin breakout in a rash.

I contacted the manager about the disappointment in the product, and they refused to return or exchange the dress. They simply said that it is an easy fix to put a button on and the dress just needed steamed. The dress was in such poor quality that I could not even wear the dress to my wedding..... $4000 for nothing.... incredibly disappointed in the product and customer service.... I definitely would not recommend this place to any one.....
