Worst customer experience ever, unprofessional staff, GM doesn t care about his business nor his clients.
I went to lease a car and it took them 4 days to get me one and when it was ready for me I found that the rear door was damaged and the sales person and his manager asked me to still take the car after they fix it!! I refused so it took them another 2 days to get another car and it was also damaged!! The Sales person Nate and his manager kin told me that only god knows when we will be able to get you another car!! (Which is a basic car not customized nor specially equipped) I escalated to the GM for help and it took him 3 hours to return my call and he was surprised that I didn t take the damaged car after they fix it and basically said that he can t help me and hanged the phone!!!
Rude staff and unprofessional..
The very next day I went to hendrick in Duluth and they located my car and closed the deal in 3 hours .. their sales team drove 5 hours to get me the car the same day and I went home with a new car with a big smile on my face .
