While the staff on the phone to schedule appointments merit a 5 rating, as do the staff that welcomes you when you drive into the service bay, my encounter with the actual Service Member (Lucian) merits no more than a 3. This is my second service call with Lucian ...and while he was efficient and polite both times, he lacked what appeared to be some routine customer protocols that other Service Members demonstrated the times I ve visited: (1) Welcoming/engaging in brief dialogue and eye contact at first point of contact with client at the service desk and (2) waiting/escorting client from waiting room to checkout.
