I recently purchased a product from the fci.fr website and overall, I had a positive experience. The product quality was great and it met my expectations. The ordering process was simple and the delivery was prompt. However, there was a delay in customer service response when I had a query. Despite that, I would still recommend Fci s.a.s. for their quality products.
