7 minutes from the Point Luas tram stop. Mainly a residential area but dont let that put you off. Music in bar but stops at 12.30 or so. Rooms very clean, warm and cosy. A few small issues, no drinking glass, bin not emptied. Dont expect a view but that does not interfere with nights sleep and you will get one here. Staff very friendly and efficient. Cost very reasonable as is price of drink 8n bar.
Will certainly go back.
