In June of 2013 Howard Gordon helped us look at 20 homes in two days as we prepared to move from Clemson, SC to Gainesville. We found the one for our family of 5 that was perfect for us. Two years later we decided that we needed to relocate in Gainesville to a home with a pool. We wanted to sell our home By Owner and Howard offered to assist anyway that he could as he kept his eyes open for our next home. We were under contract in a week and a half for $50,000 more than what we had bought our home for 2 years earlier. We then found a fixer-upper in LandMark Woods using Howard as our USAA certified Coldwell Banker Realtor. When we needed him, he was there. When we had a problem, he fixed it. When it was time to close and there were a few glitches, he tended to them until we were able to sign the dotted line.

Howard Gordon is our guy...There are a lot of great realtors out there, but I endorse the guy that makes it happen.
