Beware. (I believe that the local Manager is in Riverside, his Manager in Phoenix, and his Manager is somewhere near New York City. I am on the Central Coast of California)

My personal experience was dismal. The recruitment and on-line training were impressive. The local manager was totally non-responsive (I m assuming they put a Technician in the position, and not a manager). HIS manager gave me platitudes, but could not give me direct answers to my questions about how to complete my first assignment. I was given several days advance notice to complete an assignment slated to begin last Monday and last through today. When I asked my manager, and my manager s manager for direction, I was told on three occasions my questions would be answered. I never received the answers that would allow me to begin work. After over a week of managerial ineptitude and my frustration, yesterday I quit before I even physically started. I would never be able to finish my assignment when due. The future direction of this job was clear to see. I wrote to everyone I could find about what to do. I called. This company did not respond. Oh yes, and has not responded.

I m not sure whether this is endemic at the company or simply local managerial incompetence. The lack of senior-level response when notified however, IS an indication that lack of attention to detail is coming from the top.

I am writing this abbreviated review to: 1) Warn others about the potential lack of attention to the guy at the end of the food chain. 2) Vent, so that I can move on and try to completely get this miserable experience out of my mind.

Again...Beware.
